NDSG Governance Structure

The National Democracy Stakeholders Group (NDSG) is committed to upholding the highest standards of governance. Our structure is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective leadership across all levels of our operations. We believe in a robust governance framework that supports our mission of fostering democracy and good governance in Nigeria.

Non-Administrative Structures:

NDSG Executive Council:

  • Comprising the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and National Executive Council, this body oversees the strategic direction and policy-making of NDSG. It includes leaders from various sectors committed to democracy and governance.

NDSG Congress:

  • This legislative body, with representation from national, state, and local levels, formulates policies and monitors government activities, ensuring they align with democratic principles.

Judiciary Part:

  • Comprising Federal, State, and Council judiciary bodies, this part ensures justice and legal compliance within the organization and its activities.

Administrative Structures:

The National Secretariat (IROKO HILLS):

  • Headed by the President of NDSG, this body manages day-to-day operations and implements the decisions of the executive council and congress.

State Secretariate (BAMBOO HILLS):

  • Led by the State Governor of NDSG, it mirrors the national secretariat’s functions at the state level, ensuring statewide implementation of policies and programs.

Area Council Secretariat (KAMPALA HILLS):

  • Headed by the Chairman of the Area Council NDSG, this secretariat operates at the grassroots level, implementing programs and policies in local communities.
